Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the phcoin website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at phcoin.net and any related sub-domains.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the phcoin Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, sabong, and all other gaming or entertainment features offered by phcoin.
• "Funds" means real-money balances denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or any non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account by phcoin.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a qualifying deposit must be staked before a withdrawal may be requested, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the phcoin Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phcoin Platform or creating an Account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the phcoin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the phcoin Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of phcoin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either through phcoin's own responsible gaming tools or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

phcoin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the phcoin Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

phcoin is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Accounts. You agree to submit the following documents upon request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID).
• A recent proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay clearance) dated within 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit or withdraw funds (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash account, bank account statement).

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to deposit caps, withdrawal holds, and restricted access to certain game categories. phcoin will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts beyond the minimum KYC threshold established by PAGCOR guidelines.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

phcoin will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from phcoin requesting your password or OTP, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must notify phcoin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• phcoin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• You are advised to use a strong, unique password and to enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) features made available on the Platform.
• Logging in from shared or public devices is strongly discouraged. Always log out fully after each session.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the phcoin Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcoin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank bank transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. phcoin is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.

• Deposits: Are typically credited to your Account within seconds for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Withdrawals: Are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya, subject to verification status. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal holds: phcoin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC verification or security review. You will be notified of any hold and the steps required to resolve it.
• Dormant Account fees: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50, deducted from the remaining balance, until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

phcoin does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposit and withdrawal transactions. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside phcoin's control and are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

phcoin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be communicated at the point of offer and accessible from the Promotions section of the Platform.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phcoin promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified Philippine resident Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• phcoin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or if required by regulatory obligations.
• Winnings derived from bonus play that are found to have resulted from exploitation, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will be voided and forfeited.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited in error, phcoin reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on the phcoin Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for gameplay matters.

• Game outcomes: All digital game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment and real-time dealing. phcoin does not influence game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematically defined house edge built into each game by its provider.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game category, Account verification level, and applicable regulatory caps.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are governed by phcoin's Sports Betting Rules, including rules on settlement, void bets, early cash-out, and event cancellations. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Only bets confirmed at the stated odds are binding.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, phcoin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. Payouts generated by a malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Disconnection: phcoin is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection or device failure during gameplay. Most games support reconnection recovery, but outcomes determined before reconnection are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phcoin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology intended to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other activity that may violate the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or game logic errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to phcoin support immediately.
• Colluding with other Players, coordinating bets, or engaging in any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or assist gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, code, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward phcoin staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.

Responsible Gaming

phcoin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment – not a financial strategy, coping mechanism, or source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum net losses you can incur.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts when a specified session duration is reached.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming session position and time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours, or permanently self-exclude. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years.

Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phcoin Platform, including but not limited to the phcoin brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of phcoin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from phcoin.
• Use the phcoin name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcoin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

phcoin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether foreseeable or not.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including Account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond phcoin's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, government action, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and all Players accept that risk upon registration.

Nothing in these Terms limits phcoin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phcoin's gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy and Data Protection

phcoin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how we handle your personal information are set out in the phcoin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to phcoin processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

phcoin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), identity verification service providers, and payment processors strictly as required to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

phcoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phcoin will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

Termination and Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting phcoin support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in place.

phcoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and void outstanding bonuses without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• phcoin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• You are identified as an ineligible Player, including being under the age of 21 or a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction.
• phcoin is required to do so to comply with a PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation.
• Continuing to maintain your Account would expose phcoin to unacceptable legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, phcoin is not obligated to return any funds that are subject to forfeiture under the applicable breach provisions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phcoin Platform, you agree to first contact phcoin's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phcoin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first contact, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, for mediation. If regulatory mediation does not produce a resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
